T&C for "1st month free when purchasing Gorin no sho (English version)"
In this document, the "1st month free when purchasing Gorin no sho (English version)" is identified as ‘Promotion’, the person whose name appears in the ‘Gorin no Sho (English version)’’s Purchase Invoice is identified as ‘Buyer’ and the person that redeem the offer is identified as ‘Redeemer;
A - What is it about
1. This Promotion allows the Redeemer to practice the ‘eligible modality of choice’ in the ‘participating Niten Dojos ‘ with no costs (i.e. exemption of "Niten maintenance fee" + "Dojo practice fees for one modality") during the period of 30 calendar days (starting from the moment the Proof of purchase is presented in the Dojo), as per conditions and restriction defined in this document
The Buyer and Redeemer should note that:
- Each ‘Participating Dojo’ has a list of ‘eligible modalities’ that can be redeemed in this Promotion.
o Not all modalities might be available in every dojo
o All dojos will offer Kenjutsu as a modality
- The Promotion allows the Redeemer to choose and practice one (1) modality only among the list of ‘eligible modalities’ offered by the ‘Participating Dojos’
o The maximum number of modalities that can be practiced with no cost in the first 30 days is limited to one (1) per Redeemer.
o If the Redeemer want to practice more than one modality in the Promotion period, an additional fee (defined by each Doho) might be charged
- Redeemers that are not able to be physically present in the Dojos will be offered access to Live Online Classes (via zoom) offered by Niten Institute. (Note that Niten Institute is a global organisation; the Live Online Classes offered might be in a different time zone than where the Redeemer lives)
• Please refer to the session “Eligible modalities and Online Classes availability by Dojo” to get a full, detailed list of what is offered in each Participating Dojo in the Promotion
B - Conditions to redeem the Offer
• The purchase of either physical (paperback or hardcopy) or digital version (E-book) of ‘Gorin no Sho (English version)’ qualifies the Buyer to redeem the Promotion
- Each purchased book can be used only once to redeem the Promotion
- Only new books (physical and digital copies) acquired from Amazon and Niten dojos qualify for this promotion. Second-hand books are not eligible
• Redeemer need to present ‘Proof of purchase’ (i.e. Amazon invoice showing the purchase of the book from Amazon or a Niten Dojo) to redeem the Promotion
C - Who is eligible
• Only people above the ‘minimum age’ defined by the ‘Participating Dojos’ are eligible to redeem the Promotion:
Minimum age in
o USA, Colombia, Chile: 15 years old,
o UK: 18 years old,
o Egypt: 9 years old
• Each purchase of either a physical (paperback and hardcopy) or digital version (E-book) allows up to four (4) people (Buyer + 3 family members living in the same household) to redeem the free trial.
- In the case the Buyer wants to extend the participation in the Promotion to his/her eligible family members, all the Redeemers should start the Practice at the same time
• Promotion is valid for new students only.
C - Restrictions and limitations
• Due to physical space and equipment availability limitation, each Dojo has a maximum number of Redeemers it can accept each month.
- When the maximum limit for that month is reached, additional Redeemers will be in a ‘Waiting list’ and invited to join the Dojo as soon as a space opens up
- To avoid excessive wait in the Waiting list, Redeemers that do not show up more than once in the Promotion period will be automatically removed from the Promotion
D - Where and When is it valid
• ‘Participating Dojos’: this Promotion can be redeemed in the Niten dojos in located in Colombia, Chile, USA, UK and Egypt only
• Offer is valid until the 31st Dec 2024 (that is the last date to contact the Dojo to redeem the offer; due to capacity limitation/class schedule, the Promotion might be redeemed in 2025 – contact the Dojo coordinator for more details)

The list below might be changed by the Dojo coordinator without previous notice. Please check with the Dojo for latest information:

G - Miscellaneous
Niten Institute and its Dojos reserve themselves have the right to:
- Changing these Terms without previous notice
- Immediately cancel the participation in the Promotion if the redeemer do not is excessively disruptive and/or do not follow the safety guidelines, without any recourse or compensation. The decision of the Local Dojo Coordinator in this matter is final
